Kaipo Hale '68, Director, Hawaiian Studies Institute at KS leads the singing of "Kulaiwi Aloha", words and music by Kaipo Hale, with a verse composed by La `Ohana 2005 attendees. The 'mele' is about people from Hawaii living in the Washington DC (Wakinekona) area and their memories of home in Hawaii.
